Customer Satisfaction and Support:

At Digimalo, our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to cancel a digital product subscription, we accept cancellations within 30 days of the purchase date.
Important Notes on Cancellations:
Cancellations are not accepted for products delivered with a license key. Should you encounter any issues with the provided key, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Dispute Policy:

We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have efficiently. Therefore, we cannot accept disputes from clients who have not contacted us prior to opening a formal dispute. Please provide detailed information about the issue and the reason for the dispute so we can address and resolve it promptly.
Refunds are issued for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery: In rare cases, mailing issues from your email provider or server may prevent you from receiving a delivery email, or it may end up in your spam/junk folder. We recommend checking these folders or contacting us for assistance to resend the email or send it to an alternate email address. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our customer service department within 7 days of the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded. Failure to contact us within this period may be interpreted as a successful download, with no further right of return for a ‘non-receipt’ reason.
  • Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors can occur. If we fail to correct the issue within 48 hours of your initial complaint or any notification provided by the customer, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement product of equal or similar value will be offered.
  • Product not as described: If the purchased product does not match its description on the website, you should report this issue to our technical support team within 30 days of the purchase date. Clear evidence in writing must be provided. Complaints based on the customer’s false expectations will not be honored.
